(12)相對互換,反求諸已,珠幾雙贏。
任何教學的樂趣,源於反向自我叮嚀,檢視,反省,互惠,成長,自我面對負責的胸懷認定,非金錢或權力可得之。
校學相長中享受真正的滿足,我在與幼稚園,國小及國中學生的互動中,感受了好純真的樂趣,教學真的好。
教育的目的不是要使人人都能說得冠冕堂皇,而是踏實追求返璞歸真,引導莘莘學子知上進懂進退好勤儉,明暸控帶四時經緯三才及數有原本開物成務的啟發,體悟生命的意義就只是向前走,犯錯了改正向前走。
☆任何算盤歸零就是對打盤,驗證相對互換,個體獨立價值的對等雙贏。
